Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Enterprise Applications & IT Operations to lead the organisation’s enterprise technology platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role combines technical leadership, application management, and IT operations to ensure business-critical systems are secure, reliable, and continuously improved. You will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and technology partners to drive innovation, optimise business processes, and deliver exceptional IT services across the organisation.
