Executive Recruit have another HR Business Partner job vacancy for a Leeds based client – handled by our Yorkshire office.

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a household brand in the FMCG arena based in Yorkshire, with an attractive salary and excellent benefits.

Do you possess substantial experience working for a well-known business in a senior HR position? You could well be exactly whom our clients are looking for to define, plan, execute, manage and evaluate their human resources strategy. Their overall OD&P (Organisational Development & People) objective is to be in as strong a position as possible to attract, train, develop and retain exceptionally talented people, to maximise their profitability and also to become one of their sector’s leading lights in successful personnel practices.

If you are able to proactively challenge an organisation’s established structure in order to improve its efficiency, culture and market dominance, this would be an ideal role for you. Their pension auto enrolment scheme, new intranet and innovative training programs introduced in the last 9 months have resulted in significant organisational changes already but additional training is still required.

You will work closely with the HR Manager to define and develop their business objectives, establish a full HR strategy, review and develop talent in line with performance calibrated measures, and improve their existing reward and recognition scheme so that it is even more attractive.

Already a line manager with experience of employee relations and a good knowledge of pension systems, industrial relations, coaching and change management, as well as being fully CIPD qualified is what is required for this role.
With a salary of £55,000 plus an attractive bonus scheme and a company car, this is a highly desirable role within a well-known company and therefore offers excellent career prospects.
