Our client is a leading manufacturer of injection moulded plastic products on the global stage and seeks an exceptional IT Director to join them ahead of the commencement of a number of sizeable new contracts.

Through the recruitment of additional IT systems architects, developers and engineers, this established manufacturing business is expanding its Information Technology team for a reason – to become ever more efficient at what they do, producing supremely high quality products to tight deadlines for customers the world over.

Are you the IT Director who can swiftly motivate and inspire a new team, forging strong relationships from the off, promoting learning and development and sharing your considerable experience to contribute to the success of the whole business? Are you confidently able to plan and deliver large IT projects on time and on budget? If you are, this role would be ideal.
You need to have a proven track record in cost benefit analysis, ERP systems in a manufacturing context, an expert knowledge of networks from Cisco to DHCP, hardware sourcing, configuration and maintenance, SQL Server and disaster recovery. Your knowledge will be shared with your team, who you will guide to ensure that the availability and performance of networks and systems meet the business’ needs.
