Leading international FMCG business moves to appoint a Chief Executive Officer due to its continuing success and expansion.

A charismatic, motivated CEO, you will take overall responsibility for leading the board of directors in a hands-on manner. Our client is firmly established in the marketplace and has an outstanding history of strong management, innovation and growth. The last twelve months have seen its international business successfully venture into new areas.

With the aim of ensuring that the business possesses the resources it needs to meet and exceed its strategic objectives, the CEO will be responsible for developing strategy, working closely with the company’s directors, senior management team, heads of department and shareholders on a regular basis. Leading the business in a strong, driven and energetic way, they expect to see the CEO coordinating all of the company’s activities effectively, looking to maximise profits and reduce costs wherever possible.

Someone who stays up-to-date with the latest financial, business, political and environmental news on a global scale, you will use such knowledge to shape the direction of the company. The sector in which our client operates is extremely competitive, so you need to have a demonstrable ability in optimising margins. Our client has plans to make strategic mergers and acquisitions in the near future, so you will need previous experience in this area.
