If you have a keen desire to drive growth, profitability and maintain high standards then this construction industry position as Sales Manager is the ideal role for you. Working for a well-known and highly-respected company specialising in commercial construction projects, you will manage their complete sales team, working closely with them to impart your guidance and to ensure that relevant opportunities and new client relationships are being explored.

Our clients have enjoyed twelve months of strong growth and are looking to win new business in the public sector, the prefabricated marketplace and also larger scale industrial projects, so candidates are sought who are well-connected, with extensive contacts and relationships in the construction industry.

Working with the firm’s network of partners comprising modular constructors, installers, electrical contractors and other suppliers as diverse as solar energy specialists, you will ensure that each relationship is developed to its full potential in order to deliver maximum revenue and profit for our clients.

Meeting regularly with their sales team across the UK, you will motivate and provide expert guidance as you lead them in strengthening their sales procedures, approaches, best practice and compliance. With a firm grasp of P&Ls, you will tightly steer all sales related activities, working alongside stakeholders, including the Marketing Manager and Finance Director, ultimately reporting to the MD. Based in Liverpool, there is scope for some home working and the salary our clients are offering is in the region of £55k, depending on experience.
