A unique and exciting challenge for the right individual who can lead our client’s industrial business to the next level.

Our clients have recently purchased this established industrial machinery business and are looking for someone with ambition to be appointed as CEO to drive this already profitable business to even greater success. If you are someone with plenty of initiative and an abundance of innovative new ideas, you will thrive in this role, which comes with a great deal of freedom, as our clients are happy for the Chief Executive Officer to bring a fresh approach to this newly acquired firm. Its new owners aim to maximise its potential and develop new equipment for emerging global markets.

Target-driven and hungry for success, you will possess demonstrable ability in managing a large business, working closely with all its stakeholders and also effectively engaging with the local news media, trade publications and other PR contacts to raise the organisation’s profile.

You will fully oversee the P&L, have an interest in engineering, ideally be educated to MBA level and take full ultimate responsibility for employee engagement, legislation, training and sales, working closely with the senior management team.
