Executive Recruit have another Business Development Manager job vacancy for a Bradford based client – handled by our Yorkshire office.

‘Vibrant’, ‘cutting edge’ and ‘successful’ describe this client of ours, a fast-growing digital media agency in Bradford, renowned for their enviable culture and stunning marketing campaigns.

Working closely with the sales and marketing teams and their respective directors, along with the agency’s account executives, you will be responsible for growing even stronger relationships with existing clients in order to organically maximise revenues, whilst researching, identifying and developing new business leads.

With a salary of £55k plus an attractive bonus scheme and a company car, this is a highly desirable role within a well-respected and buzzing creative agency. Many of their existing clients sell niche products or deliver innovative services, so it’s a great platform from which to leverage current and new business contacts, working with them to bring their marketing campaigns to life. Being a digital media company, you will need to have a good understanding and knowledge of the latest technologies, from web and mobile to cloud-based TV and QR technology. You will conversely learn a lot from working with our client as their BDM, in close contact with the latest technology as it comes on-line.

Many clients you attract to the business will become long-term, and you will need to be able to deal with multiple decision-makers and influencers, managing the complete sales process from initial appointments and meetings to tenders, negotiations and contracts. They are looking for a candidate with remarkable communication skills with the ability to form relationships at junior and senior levels both inside the agency and with external clients. You will be a highly motivated individual, able to work independently, demonstrating commitment and drive.
