Executive Recruit have another COO job vacancy for a Bristol based client – handled by our South West office.

Our utilities client requires an astute, self-confident COO to deliver operational excellence in a domestic energy marketplace which is becoming increasingly more complex.

The COO will report directly to the CEO and will play a major part in the future of the company, organising the complete spectrum of internal operations and ensuring that every department works towards the business’ strategic goals.

Being able to deliver scalability through thorough design and delivery is key, as our client seeks to significantly increase its customer base. They are known in the sector for their ethical behaviour, from sales to customer service and maintenance, so you will maintain this reputation and further enhance it.

Working closely with the CEO, you will design metrics to evaluate operational performance in line with shareholder and customer expectations. Budget planning will comprise a significant part of this COO role and you will equally need to be skilled at developing and championing leadership value frameworks, policies, procedures, best practices and assessment methods.

The magnitude of this role is reflected in the outstanding salary of £160k, along with exceptional benefits and a bonus structure. A senior role with a large company, our client will consider candidates with no less than 10 years’ experience in operational management on a similar scale.
