Executive Recruit have another Regional Manager job vacancy for a Stoke on Trent based client – handled by our Midlands office.
An exciting opportunity to manage a media and digital franchise across their Midlands territory.
Our clients, operating in the media and digital industry, are franchisors, with a portfolio of local web design and online marketing agencies throughout the UK, providing creative, technical and marketing services to their clients.
Each franchised office runs relatively autonomously with their own local manager, but our clients’ business model also sees Regional Managers ensuring that the franchises within their geographical reach are operating efficiently, profitably and to the correct legal and procedural standards as advised by the franchisors.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will see you working closely with the company’s Business Development Manager who covers the same regional area. You will intimately assist each new franchise in their setup and launch and then visit them periodically to offer assistance and advice, ensuring that they receive necessary training. You will regularly review the financial standing and profitability of each franchise in your area and report your findings back to our clients’ Finance Director, based at the franchise’s head office in London.
Coming into contact with many different people on a frequent basis, you need to enjoy interacting with others and be able to communicate strongly, both verbally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft offices packages and with a full, clean driving licence, you will demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic attitude and be able to bring innovative ideas to our clients’ business model, to aid ever more effective operations. The salary offered is £55-60k, with a bonus to reward strong regional performance, and a car will be provided.
