Executive Recruit have another HR Manager job vacancy for a Darlington based client – handled by our North East office.
The opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and niche-focussed financial services business and lead their HR function at an exciting time.
With a turnover of £35m, our client is known for developing some of the most refreshing and innovative financial products in the market, which have taken considerable market share from a number of competitors and culminated in the firm winning several awards in the last twelve months.
Their HR Manager having relocated, they are looking to appoint a successor as soon as possible, to continue leading and developing the business’ vital HR department, allowing them to retain the best possible people to drive them onward to even greater success.
You will possess considerable experience in managing a large payroll and HR and training budget, with the proven ability to successfully work with and inspire stakeholders at all levels, from the board of directors to the payroll officer, HRBP and administration staff. With a strong knowledge of employment legislation, a demonstrable track record in employee relations and with innovative ideas to bring to the recruitment and R&R processes, you will be CIPD qualified and hold a full UK driving license.
Those with experience in the financial services industry are desirable for this permanent role based in Darlington in the north east of England. A few days’ overseas travel may be required each quarter, as the business develops its ambitions to market products internationally.
A stand-out role which doesn’t arise very often, this position will see the successful candidate rewarded with a salary of upto £60k depending on experience, complemented by private healthcare.
