Executive Recruit have another Recruitment Manager job vacancy for a Oxford based client – handled by our South East office.
Our client is a specialist construction firm who requires an experienced recruitment manager to take them to the next level.
Specialising in the construction of eco buildings, our clients are recognised throughout the UK and Europe as a true niche leader in the construction sector. They employ an array of differing personnel from surveyors and project managers to site forepersons, crane operators, environmental experts, casual labourers, area managers and office administration staff. Our clients additionally have their own in-house engineering and technical teams, along with marketing and environmental research and development divisions.
They have had significant growth over recent years and therefore require an experienced senior recruitment manager who can take the lead in maximising the delivery of the resourcing function across their UK operations. Managing a team of HR professionals, you will report to the group HR Director and you and your team will be tasked with owning, developing and leading flagship resourcing projects which contribute to the business’ overall aims being met.
An exceptional communicator, you will be adept at developing and maintaining fruitful and positive internal relationships with the senior managers, directors and other stakeholders, ensuring that all departments view and deliver resourcing in the same unified manner. This fact-paced industry and the considerable workforce employed by our client mean that this role requires a lot of energy and dedication, ensuring the business’ resourcing function meets all KPIs, its SLAs are met and its brand image in relation to recruitment remains strong both internally and in the wider recruitment market, attracting the top talent from graduates, professionals and other relevant individuals.
Being responsible for recruitment drives, you and your team will be expected to attend recruitment networking events, work closely with colleges and universities and embrace modern marketing techniques such as social media, blogs and forums.
Based in Oxford, with regular UK travel required, this is a permanent, client-side opportunity, which will suit candidates with strong experience in senior resourcing positions who can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and management skills, and the salary offered is in the £55k region.
