Executive Recruit have another Interim Group Finance Director job vacancy for a Wakefield based client – handled by our Yorkshire office.

An interim role covering a period of planned absence for 6 months and presenting a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FD to raise their profile.

Our clients are a privately-owned, established leisure group with their head office in Wakefield and a number of facilities throughout the country. Working on their behalf, we are recruiting for an experienced interim Finance Director to assume overall control and management of the entire company’s finance personnel, activities and processes for at least six months.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be assigned complete responsibility for all financial reporting, management, record-keeping, compliance, and the management and development of the head office finance team and satellite personnel.

Producing monthly management reports, you will take the lead with all financial forecasting and present your reports to the board in relation to the company’s performance targets, playing an important role in ensuring that costs, processes, contracts, payroll, profits and all other financial aspects contribute to their success.

You will be an outstanding communicator with a professional accounting qualification, a remarkable track record as a Finance Director at businesses of a similar size and you will be able to motivate stakeholders of all levels. Remuneration is £500-600 per day paid weekly and this is an exceptional opportunity for an FD to make a real impact during this fixed-term contract.
