Executive Recruit have another Interim H&S & Facilities Manager job vacancy for a Gloucester based client – handled by our Midlands office.
Take responsibility for our Gloucester construction client’s health & safety and facilities with this interim management opportunity for 6 months.
Our clients require a highly experienced H&S and Facilities professional to quickly familiarise themselves with their construction activities, sites, people and processes, providing expert guidance and oversight on an interim basis for six months.
Holding a NEBOSH, NVQ6 or similar relevant qualification and with prior experience in a similar role in the construction sector, our clients will assign the H&S and Facilities Manager with the task of ensuring that all their activities, people and processes are compliant, adhered to and promoted with external suppliers and stakeholders.
You will be required to work with the local site managers and conduct regular spot checks and audits. It is crucial that our client’s business locations are kept clean, safe and inviting, comply with legislation and are a credit to the company. You will prepare and manage the facilities budget, liaise with external contractors, ensure visitors are recorded and treated fairly, and oversee facilities maintenance work to keep the sites in good repair.
Based in Gloucester and requiring regular travel, this assignment is remunerated at £300 per day and offers an outstanding opportunity for experienced H&S and facilities managers who seek to make an impact through such an interim challenge.
