Executive Recruit have another Multi Site Production Manager job vacancy for a Peterborough based client – handled by our South East office.

A permanent role managing our manufacturing client’s portfolio of UK plants at an exciting time in their development.

Priding themselves on very effective adoption of LEAN manufacturing principles, our clients are leaders in their niche field of expertise. This is a permanent role and is an attractive opportunity for production managers possessing outstanding organisation, motivational and communications skills.

Coming from a senior manufacturing background ideally in management on a localised or multi-site scale, you will be soundly educated in LEAN principles and possess a current knowledge of the latest techniques and legislation in both manufacturing and also personnel development. Our clients set aggressive targets and a key facet of the role will be to ensure they are met or exceeded in a cost-effective, efficient, safe and profitable manner.

Working closely with site managers, you will ensure that all equipment, systems, procedures and other resources are optimal, compliant and future-proof as our client seeks to refine and expand their production activities. You will also be qualified in the latest health and safety standards, directing teams to maintain safe working environments.

You will be passionate over excellence in manufacturing, results-driven, financially aware, mechanically minded and able to effectively communicate results, findings and recommendations to senior management. This is an exciting time to be joining our highly respected clients and managing their production operations, for which you will be remunerated £65k depending on experience.
