Executive Recruit have another Chief Information Officer job vacancy for a London based client – handled by our South East office.

Strong leadership, proven strategic thinking and outstanding communication skills are at the core of this role within a construction company based in London, which will see you as Chief Information Officer guiding them in all areas of technology.

As the CIO, you will play a key role throughout the whole organisation, developing people – not just the technical makeup of our client’s business. For you, technology will be a means to an end, to meet the construction company’s overall objectives.
Having amassed an enviable portfolio of commercial construction projects in the UK, our client has recently ventured into the overseas construction market and requires a Chief Information Officer who isn’t afraid to voice their opinions in a passionate boardroom, reporting to the CEO whilst working intimately with every stakeholder in the organisation.

Our client views their IT infrastructure as extremely important and hence upgrades systems annually, to keep pace with the very best solutions available. Your role will be to plan, track, implement and evaluate all IT projects, driving innovation whilst minimising costs. Having a very open and transparent culture, our client is keen for the CIO to educate a wide range of stakeholders on the benefits of various IT systems, so all employees can embrace change.

Successful candidates will possess exceptional business acumen gained in a large organisation, a deep understanding of software development and should be Prince2 qualified. Our client is well known in the media, so recognition will undoubtedly follow the successes of the CIO and IT department, and you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of c. £150k.
