Executive Recruit have another Interim Business Development Manager job vacancy for a Leicester based client – handled by our Midlands office.
A 12 month interim role working for a major telecommunications provider, developing new revenue opportunities spanning both domestic and corporate customers.
Our client is long-established in the telecommunications market, having become a household brand known for providing prompt levels of support and customer service excellence. The telecommunications market has been joined by numerous competitors in recent years and is now more competitive than ever.
The objective being to maintain their current market share, our client is recruiting a Business Development Manager who will be based from their head office in Leicester but will require a car and full driving licence, as this role will involve travelling the UK on a regular basis.
A well-connected, commercially astute individual, you will be responsible for researching opportunities and identifying and developing new business revenue streams for our client, targeting both the domestic and corporate markets to secure new accounts. With a solid understanding of the retail and wholesale telecommunications market, you will be a highly motivated individual, used to effectively working in isolation, with a head for new opportunities and sales. A degree education is required by this FTSE100 client to fulfil their HR frameworks, and you will need to demonstrate how you have previously generated lucrative new accounts for other organisations.
This is an interim role which our client is anticipating will run for 6 months, at which point it will be reviewed in line with the business’ strategic goals and your performance. Depending on the qualities and experience you can bring to our client, they are offering between £250 per day and it is preferable that you will run your own consulting company for invoicing purposes.
