A technology-passionate CTO is sought by our professional services client in Leeds to lead their talented IT team.

Our client is well known in the Professional Services industry, with strong branding and an impressive portfolio of clients from across the UK and into Europe, particularly Scandinavia, owing to our client’s strong connections with the international banking industry.
Tasked with improving operations, evaluating existing and new hardware and software, managing IT vendors and effectively budgeting in order to achieve more by spending less, the CTO role for this client is broad and hence highly remunerated at up to £95k for the right candidate.
More all-encompassing than a large proportion of typical Chief Technology Officer opportunities, you will work closely with our client’s CEO, OD&P Director, Marketing Director and COO, IT being a vital ingredient in their business processes and strategic goals.

Passionate about technology, you will ensure that their professional services business is utilising the very best in software, hardware, networks and solutions, enabling them to work at increased capacity, efficiently and effectively. Microsoft packages being second nature to you, the CTO also needs to be highly versed in programming languages, consulting, IaaS and SaaS, experienced in managing vendors, internal and external project management, network security and cloud solutions.

Under your management, you will guide and inspire IT network architects, technicians, programmers and junior project leads in running our client’s entire IT systems. A strong communicator able to forge positive relationships with anyone, you will demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment, ensuring KPIs are met and the business’ goals and continuity are upheld.
