Executive Recruit have another HR Business Partner job vacancy for a Portsmouth based client – handled by our South East office.
A large blue chip organisation based in the South East, providing an extensive range of professional services to businesses around the world, seeks an experienced Business Partner to join their HR team.
You will be responsible for providing strategic HR direction throughout their organisation, contributing to the development and implementation of our client’s OD&P strategy and their wider HR plans, including reward and recognition and pension auto enrolment roll-out.
This role’s key responsibilities include proactively partnering the senior management to achieve their organisational targets and growth, leading and evaluating change programs, ensuring that HR practices are maintained in line with the business’ strategy and culture, and being involved in recruitment at all stages.
Educated to graduate level, the successful candidate will possess 5 or more demonstrable years’ experience in a similar HR Business Partner role. They are ideally looking for someone MCIPD qualified, who is a natural influencer and negotiator, able to form and maintain excellent working relationships with senior managers and directors.
Being able to demonstrate how you have successfully dealt with change and implemented business transformation programmes will be advantageous, along with strong planning, consultancy and project management skills. If you are well-connected, commercially aware and possess outstanding business acumen, this role is highly desirable, suitably rewarded with a salary of £65k.
