A first-class Sales Manager with a proven track record in the financial services sector is sought for our clients in the South West.

A long-established firm specialising in financial planning, this client is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to be based in Yeovil, to manage their advisors and the wider sales team, maximising revenues and driving further sales growth.
You will assist the company’s financial planning advisors, developing their ability to grow client bases through referrals as a way of maximising sales revenue. From a sales perspective, you will also possess a strong understanding of how marketing campaigns can achieve increased sales revenue, too.
Responsible for motivating the complete financial services sales team, successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they have utilised professional connections and networking as a means of generating introductions which have resulted in new client accounts and sales.

Compliance is an important facet of this client’s business activities and the Sales Manager will also be responsible for continuously educating, training and ensuring that the sales team possesses up-to-date compliance knowledge, to maintain the good standing of the firm.

You will be professionally qualified to Chartered level with strong experience in a previous senior sales role, ideally in the financial services sector.
