A leading accountancy software business is currently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join their human resources team based in Dundee, Scotland for 6 months.
To be considered for this role you need to have worked as an HR Business Partner within the last twelve months. You will primarily report to the HR Manager, expertly leading people projects and their stakeholders, including the senior management team, HR staff and the L&D team. You will become the main voice in the business for best practice and management principles, training others using your knowledge and experience.
Our client’s aim, and hence your key focus as a project manager during this interim assignment, is to shape a high-performing business structure, playing a major role in creating and implementing the firm’s employee strategy. You will need to be a positive, proactive individual, championing excellence in the delivery of our client’s HR service.
Flagship people projects you will lead are to include a new engagement survey conducted yearly throughout their whole workforce. This role requires outstanding mathematical and analytical abilities as you set up and monitor KPIs. You will also be tasked with making recommendations based on survey and KPI results, facilitating a continuous improvement ethos within the business.
Succession planning, budget preparation, management and analysis, staff resourcing, reward and recognition, the identification and nurturing of talent, and business leadership coaching will also come under your remit. This is a 6-month role initially, with remuneration of £250 per day, and will be reviewed regularly.
