As HR Director you will be given an enviable opportunity to shape their people strategy, using your years of previous experience in an HR Manager or HR Director role to lead their people through this exciting period of growth.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be someone who can quickly familiarise themselves with an organisation and its processes, identifying and recommending improvements, then measuring them against key performance indicators you will be responsible for devising. Their human resources department comprises several direct reports, who will all come under your experienced leadership. Reflecting the industry they work in, they already utilise the latest in HR, payroll and legislative software, automation and systems. Our clients are particularly proud of their intranet and will expect you to make continuous recommendations for improvement, in conjunction with their IT Director and team.
Ideally possessing a Masters degree and holding CIPD membership, you will be an exceptional HR generalist with a hunger to engage the full spectrum of colleagues, adopt and champion change and best practice and promote diversity around the business. In return our client is offering a competitive salary of £85-90k.
