This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established FMCG business in Oxfordshire at senior level to champion innovative change and excellence in service delivery.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the company’s sites to assess, define and execute their operations strategy to meet their goals. Our clients need to ensure that they remain the market leaders in their field. Their sites employ local management teams, who will come directly under your leadership. Thriving businesses are built on motivated employees, so the role will see you champion employee engagement and promote cultural change, resulting in smooth-running operations and customer service excellence. Ensuring that best practice and health & safety are adhered to at all times, you will liaise closely on a regular basis with the local site operations managers, visiting them periodically to instil a strong sense of engagement, whilst ensuring they are receiving all necessary training. You will work with the IT team to ensure that the most suitable systems are in place to maintain maximum profitability, efficiency and employee satisfaction, and you will also work with the HR and internal communications teams to explore and effect innovative methods of communicating change to the workforce.

You need to have a keen interest in lean manufacturing and be able to demonstrate tangible operational business improvements in your career history. An attractive salary of £90-100k depending on experience is being offered.
