Executive Recruit have another Regional Manager job vacancy for a Hull based client – handled by our Yorkshire office.

A fast-paced and rewarding role as regional manager of a retailer who puts ethics, the environment and excellence in customer services at the top of its agenda

Our client, who has been rapidly expanding is set to open more stores across the country over the next 12-15 months. They are therefore looking for a driven, focussed and enthusiastic individual to manage their stores in the north east.
A person who possesses previous experience in volume retail and relishes new challenges, you will be responsible for ensuring that each of their stores has the right people in the right positions at the right time. You will also monitor and measure KPIs and be required to ensure that the respective business and trading plans all contribute to achieving these targets. Minimising costs and maximising profits at each store, whilst increasing the store’s environmental work in the local community, you will ensure that each store adheres to the relevant safety, legislative and other procedures, processes and policies.

Our client will only consider candidates with previous, proven experience in P&L and managing multi-site retail operations, ideally in a face paced environment. You will also be liaising with a wide range of people in stores and head office. The salary offered is in the region of £60-65k.
