Executive Recruit have another CEO job vacancy for a Manchester based client – handled by our North West office.

Based in Manchester, this exciting position with a relatively new, successful IT software business provides a great deal of autonomy.

Having made waves in the automotive software marketplace, our clients are looking for a CEO who can research, identify and effectively lead them in penetrating new profit and growth areas.
You will take overall responsibility for the business’ entire operations, living and breathing the P&L, keenly aware of all departments’ statuses, figures, issues and successes at all times. You will need to be able to demonstrate effectively having managed projects and lead business operations in a senior role within the last two years, with a particular focus on sales retention and business development.
Optimising margins, minimising costs and maximising profitability combined with innovative ideas is key to our client’s business, as they seek to customise their diagnostics software for other applications and sectors.
You will need to relish keeping abreast of the latest business news, which will allow you to ensure that the business remains legally compliant in an ever-changing landscape. Our clients are looking for someone with a strong and approachable personality, who will be rewarded with a considerable amount of autonomy and the chance to make their own mark on the business.
Ideally you will have a good overview of and a keen interest in IT, vehicles, software and wireless technology, possessing a degree education or equivalent levels of experience. This role will require frequent travel and the successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of upto £100k.
