Executive Recruit have another Interim Finance Director job vacancy for a Marlow based client – handled by our South East office.

Lead our clients’ finance function in this exciting interim role in Essex.

Recently having completed an acquisition, relocated their administration centre and reported record profits, our pharmaceuticals clients based in Marlow are seeking an interim FD for a minimum period of nine months. Our clients are part of a larger organisation and you will report directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer. Working in coordination with finance teams in a number of locations, you will ensure that the procedures under your remit are legally and financially compliant and meet the needs of the company.

You will be ultimately responsible for the organisation’s payroll, corporation tax and other taxes, financial accounting, treasury, accounts payable, assets, audits, planning and reporting. Our clients’ financial structure is unique and challenging, certain facets being VAT exempt – so candidates with prior experience in such an organisation are preferred.
A qualified, chartered accountant with several years’ experience within a large firm, you will possess exceptional technical and accountancy ability, be able to see the bigger picture and guide the finance function to successfully achieving overarching aims and targets. Our clients are looking for individuals with fresh ideas and approaches they can impart during this temporary assignment which may be extended by mutual consent.

Able to communicate effectively at all levels, you will provide strong leadership along with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills. With remuneration of £350 per day, this opportunity represents a unique challenge with exceptional career development potential.
