Vice President Sales – BPO/Contact Center Services

US Based – (Remote)

Our client is a global outsource solution provider, operating across a number of vertical markets. We have been retained to identify and attract a VP Sales (Business Process Outsourcing) – for the US market. With an established US business presence, we are seeking an accomplished International Sales focused executive who has significant expertise of selling large scale “Contact Centre” solutions. The business currently operates in a range of vertical markets that include; Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Telecommunications, Utilities, Financial Services and Media; however their search will not necessarily be limited to these markets.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development across new and/or existing client base
• Identify new industry verticals and potential market opportunities
• RFP/RFI/RFQ assessment and advisor to the business
• Contract negotiation and process development
• Management of business pipeline and related relationship communication
• Consultation and business development activity with Corporate VP and C-level contacts
• Act as advisor to both existing and new client base, working towards commercial partnerships
• Undertake an instrumental role in the development of business processing design and architecture
• Maximise potential business revenue opportunities
• Create a market leading BPO proposition and solution portfolio
• Drive business related marketing across the outsourcing industry

Circa $160k – $240k Base + Uncapped Bonus + Benefits
